
Shrimp Ceviche
This is a simple Shrimp Ceviche recipe that you can alter it to make it mild or as spicy as you like. 😄
Ingredients
- 2 lb. of raw shrimp
- 1 cup of lime juice
- 2 Beef Steak tomatoes
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 large onion
- 2-3 Jalapeños or Serrano chilies if you like more heat
- 1 c. Clamato juice
- Salt to taste
- Hot sauce of choice (optional)
Directions
Grab a large bowl. Cut all ingredients into same size pieces. You want them to marinate evenly. Juice limes, add to chopped ingredients. Add Clamato juice and salt, give it a good stir. Taste for heat. If you want more heat add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce, such as tobacco, and taste. Once you are happy with the flavor and heat, place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. Longer is better.
