
Keto Almond Bread
My sister introduced me to keto and we saw this as a garlic bread on instagram. With a little tweaking I made this keto bread suitable for everything I would like to eat with bread.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Almond Flour
- 1 Tbls Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 c Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs Lightly beaten
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together. In a separate microwavable bowl, place shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese together. Melt in the microwave for at least 2 minutes, longer if needed. Scramble your eggs together and add to the melted cheese mixture until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, knead until all the cheese and almond flour are incorporated together. The dough will be very sticky, just add water to your hands and knead dough until dough is combined. Use your choice of cookie scoop size to make dough balls or use spoon to size and roll between hands.
Place into a 400 degree over and bake for 12 minutes, then rotate pans and bake for another 2 minutes, until golden brown.
